HMC CIVILIZATION OS · 文明社群守則 版本：cr-v1.1 生效日期：2026-10-10 營運主體：Ourealife International Limited 前言 HMC 是創作者文明作業系統。我們歡迎真誠創作、建設性合作與健康社群互動。 使用本平台（含創作、公會、評語、演出、帳戶與任何上載內容），即表示你同意遵守本守則， 並遵守中華人民共和國香港特別行政區適用法律。 ════════════════════════════════ 第一條 守法與香港國家安全 ════════════════════════════════ 1.1 用戶必須遵守香港特別行政區法律，包括但不限於： (a)《中華人民共和國香港特別行政區維護國家安全法》（香港國安法）； (b) 香港其他維護國家安全之適用法例（包括《維護國家安全條例》等現行有效法例）； (c)《版權條例》、《個人資料（私隱）條例》及其他適用法例。 1.2 嚴格禁止任何意圖或效果構成以下行為之內容、活動或組織： (a) 分裂國家； (b) 顛覆國家政權； (c) 組織、策劃、實施、參與恐怖活動或宣揚恐怖主義； (d) 勾結外國或者境外勢力危害國家安全； (e) 其他依法構成危害國家安全之行為。 1.3 禁止發佈、上載、傳揚、組織或協助任何煽動上述違法行為之訊息、口號、符號、音樂歌詞、 檔案名稱、個人簡介、評語、演出資訊或外連。 1.4 平台有權即時移除相關內容、限制功能、暫停或終止帳戶，並在法律要求時向主管當局提供協助。 ════════════════════════════════ 第二條 健康社群（建設性文明） ════════════════════════════════ 2.1 尊重：以尊重態度對待其他創作者、聽眾與工作人員。禁止人身攻擊、霸凌、恐嚇、仇恨言論、 歧視（包括種族、性別、宗教、殘疾、國籍等）。 2.2 有造就性（Contributive）：公會評語、合作邀請與討論應具建設性——具體指出優點與可改進方向， 禁止空泛刷讚、惡意踩踏、洗版或純刷任務之垃圾訊息。 2.3 真實身份：公會檔案與演出資訊應誠實。禁止冒充他人、偽造機構、詐騙或誤導性商業招攬。 2.4 私隱：禁止公開他人未經同意之個人資料（起底／doxxing）、聯絡方式或私密資訊。 2.5 本服務只供年滿 18 歲人士使用。禁止任何性化、剝削或傷害未成年人的內容。 ════════════════════════════════ 第三條 內容與創作安全 ════════════════════════════════ 3.1 禁止色情、淫褻、過度血腥暴力、自殘／自殺教唆、毒品交易或嚴重犯罪教學內容。 3.2 禁止欺詐、洗錢、釣魚、盜用帳戶、惡意軟件或破壞平台安全之行為。 3.3 尊重知識產權：不得上載你無權使用之他人作品；不得故意誘導平台生成明顯侵權之內容。 3.4 AI 生成與真人上載內容均受本守則約束；提示詞、標題、歌詞、簡介、評語一律適用。 ════════════════════════════════ 第四條 公會、演出與商業行為 ════════════════════════════════ 4.1 樂手公會、現場演出與尋找隊友功能僅供合法音樂創作與演出協作，不得用於非法集會、 危害公共安全或危害國家安全之活動。 4.2 商業授權交易須依平台條款進行；禁止虛假交易、退款欺詐或濫用支付系統。 4.3 建設性評語是社群義務之一：完成「建設性評語」天命者，必須提交符合有造就性標準之內容。 ════════════════════════════════ 第五條 舉報、執法與後果 ════════════════════════════════ 5.1 用戶可向平台舉報疑似違規內容。平台可審查、下架、限制或終止服務，無需事先通知 （緊急或法律要求情況）。 5.2 嚴重或重複違規、或涉及刑事／國家安全風險者，平台可永久封禁，並依法保留證據、 配合香港執法及主管當局調查。 5.3 違反本守則可能同時構成違反服務條款；平台有權拒絕服務。 ════════════════════════════════ 第六條 更新 ════════════════════════════════ 6.1 Ourealife International Limited 可不時更新本守則。繼續使用平台即視為接受更新後版本。 6.2 本守則與服務條款一併適用；如有衝突，以更嚴格保障合法合規之條款為準。 ════════════════════════════════ 第七條 聯絡我們 ════════════════════════════════ 7.1 查詢、舉報或合規聯絡：info@h-m-c-musicgroup.com 7.2 營運主體：Ourealife International Limited —— 完 —— 你的創作自由，建立在守法與互相造就之上。

Preamble
HMC is a civilization OS for creators. We welcome sincere creation, constructive collaboration, and a healthy community.
By using this platform (including creation, guild, comments, events, account, and any uploads), you agree to these Rules
and to comply with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

Article 1 — Lawfulness & National Security

1.1 Users must comply with the laws of the HKSAR, including without limitation:
(a) the Law of the People's Republic of China on Safeguarding National Security in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (the Hong Kong National Security Law);
(b) other national security legislation applicable in Hong Kong (including the Safeguarding National Security Ordinance as in force);
(c) the Copyright Ordinance, the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, and other applicable laws.
1.2 Strictly prohibited is any content, activity, or organization that intends or has the effect of:
(a) secession;
(b) subversion of state power;
(c) organising, planning, committing, participating in terrorist activities, or advocating terrorism;
(d) collusion with a foreign country or with external elements to endanger national security;
(e) any other act endangering national security under applicable law.
1.3 Users must not publish, upload, disseminate, organise, or assist messages, slogans, symbols, lyrics, filenames, bios, comments, event info, or links that incite the above.
1.4 The platform may immediately remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts, and assist competent authorities where required by law.

Article 2 — Healthy Community (Constructive Culture)

2.1 Respect: Treat creators, listeners, and staff with respect. No personal attacks, bullying, threats, hate speech, or discrimination (including race, sex, religion, disability, nationality).
2.2 Contributive feedback: Guild comments and collab discussion must be constructive—specific strengths and improvement directions. Empty praise spam, pile-ons, flooding, or quest-farming junk are prohibited.
2.3 Honest identity: Guild profiles and events must be truthful. No impersonation, fake organisations, scams, or misleading solicitations.
2.4 Privacy: No doxxing or publishing others' personal data without consent.
2.5 The service is only for people aged 18 or over. No content that sexualises, exploits or harms minors.

Article 3 — Content & Creation Safety

3.1 No pornography/obscenity, extreme gore, self-harm/suicide instruction, drug trafficking, or serious crime tutorials.
3.2 No fraud, money-laundering, phishing, account theft, malware, or attacks on platform security.
3.3 Respect IP: do not upload works you lack rights to use; do not deliberately induce clearly infringing generation.
3.4 AI prompts, titles, lyrics, bios, comments, and human uploads all fall under these Rules.

Article 4 — Guild, Events & Commerce

4.1 Guild, live events, and teammate-finding are for lawful music creation and performance collaboration only—not illegal assemblies or activities endangering public or national security.
4.2 Licence transactions must follow platform terms. No fake trades, refund fraud, or payment abuse.
4.3 Constructive comments are a community duty: daily quest credit requires genuinely constructive content.

Article 5 — Reporting & Enforcement

5.1 Users may report suspected violations. The platform may review, remove, restrict, or terminate service without prior notice in urgent or legally required cases.
5.2 Serious or repeated violations, or criminal / national-security risks, may result in permanent bans, evidence retention, and cooperation with Hong Kong law enforcement and competent authorities.
5.3 Breach of these Rules may also breach the Terms of Service; service may be refused.

6.1 Ourealife International Limited may update these Rules from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
6.2 These Rules apply together with the Terms of Service; the stricter compliance-protective provision prevails in case of conflict.
