本私隱政策說明我們如何收集、使用、儲存及保障您使用 HMC Civilization OS／音樂生成與商業授權服務時的個人資料。本政策獨立於服務條款。

1. 收集的資料

• 帳戶：Google 登入識別、藝名／顯示名稱、個人檔案相片、電郵
• 交易：能量包、商業授權訂單、付款狀態、訂單編號（卡資料由支付服務商處理；我們不保存完整卡號）
• 創作與使用：生成紀錄、授權證書相關中繼資料、基本裝置／日誌（保安與服務改善）

2. 用途

• 提供音樂鎔鑄、典藏、授權與社群功能
• 處理付款、退款申請、客戶支援
• 防止欺詐、濫用與帳戶安全
• 履行法律與合規要求

3. 分享

我們不出售個人資料。僅在營運所需時與支付服務商、雲端託管、身份驗證等受託方分享，並要求合理保密。

4. 保留與保安

在帳戶存續及法律要求期間保留交易與帳戶紀錄，並採取合理技術與組織措施保護資料。

5. 您的權利

6. Cookie

使用 Cookie／本機儲存以維持登入、語言與基本功能。可於瀏覽器管理 Cookie。

This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store and protect personal data when you use HMC Civilization OS music generation and commercial licensing services. It is separate from the Terms of Service.

1. Data we collect

• Account: Google sign-in IDs, display/artist name, profile photo, email
• Transactions: energy packs, commercial licence orders, payment status, order IDs (card data via payment processor; we do not store full card numbers)
• Usage: generation records, licence metadata, basic device/logs (security & improvement)

2. Use

• Provide forge, vault, licensing and community features
• Process payments, refund requests and support
• Prevent fraud/abuse and secure accounts
• Meet legal obligations

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share only with processors needed to operate the service (payments, hosting, auth) under reasonable safeguards.

4. Retention & security

We retain records for the life of the account and as required by law, with industry-reasonable safeguards.

5. Rights

Request access, correction or deletion via info@h-m-c-musicgroup.com (subject to legal retention).

6. Cookies

Cookies/local storage support login, language and core features.

7. Minors

Users under 18 should use paid features with parent/guardian or school consent.
