AI 作品在香港法律下是否有版權、誰是作者，未有定論。授權由 HMCHK Music 發出。終端用戶的提示詞並不因此取得法定版權，亦不構成必須轉讓版權的義務。
音軌由 HMC 聲學 AI 概率生成。付費後獲得的是合約商業使用授權（commercial licence，模式 B）。這是使用權，不是版權轉讓，也不是《版權條例》（第 528 章）第 103 條的 exclusive licence。Google 可能為其他人生成相同或相似的內容，我們不保證音軌獨一無二。
透過 KPay 或 Stripe 購買的能量包，可於付款成功起 7 日內按《退款政策》申請退款，兩條付款渠道條件相同。商業授權交付後，只因改變主意不設退款；如因 HMC 原因未能交付，你可選擇補發或全額退款。⚡ 只可用於 HMC 自身服務，不可轉讓或兌換現金；《退款政策》所列退款是退回你已付的款項。你的法定權利不受影響。
每日簽到功能遵從以下固定規則：
就提示詞及 AI 輸出的不可撤銷授予，不適用於你上載的歌詞、旋律及錄音。該等上載只適用下一條「直至你刪除為止」的許可。
你上載的內容（包括歌詞、旋律及錄音）中的人類創作部分，版權仍屬原有權利人。你授予 HMCHK Music 一項全球、非獨家、免版稅的許可，只為營運本服務而託管、串流、展示及備份該內容，並可為此再許可予託管及技術供應商，直至你刪除該內容為止。這不是版權轉讓，也不是 exclusive licence。如我們收到有效的版權通知，我們可按《版權政策》移除內容或停止公開。
就單一生成或授權交易，責任上限為你就該交易實際支付的費用。本頁及《退款政策》不排除你在香港法律下的權利。

This service is only for people aged 18 or over. By signing in with Google or using HMC Civilization OS you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The full creator licence appears in the consent window after sign-in. If the in-app text and this page differ, the meaning more favourable to you applies.
Google will allow HMC Civilization OS to access your name and profile photo and email address. We use them to create and sign in to your account and to show your stage name and avatar. You may revoke access in your Google Account at any time. The Personal Information Collection Statement is in Part A of the Privacy Policy.
Whether an AI work has copyright under Hong Kong law, and who the author is, is not settled. The licence is issued by HMCHK Music. Your prompts do not give you statutory copyright, and do not oblige anyone to assign copyright.
Tracks are generated probabilistically. A paid unlock is a contractual commercial-use licence (commercial licence, Model B). It is a right to use, not an assignment of copyright, and not an exclusive licence under section 103 of the Copyright Ordinance (Cap. 528). Google may generate the same or similar content for other people. We do not promise that a track is unique.
Energy packs bought through KPay or Stripe may be refunded under the Refund Policy within 7 days of successful payment, on the same conditions for both payment rails. Once a commercial licence has been delivered, there is no refund for a change of mind only; if HMC fails to deliver, you may choose re-delivery or a full refund. ⚡ can be used only for HMC's own services and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash; a refund under the Refund Policy returns money you paid. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The daily check-in feature operates under the following fixed rules:
The irrevocable grant over prompts and AI outputs does not apply to lyrics, melodies or recordings you upload. Those uploads are covered only by the permission in the next section, which lasts until you delete them.
Copyright in the human-created parts of content you upload (including lyrics, melodies and recordings) stays with the existing right-holder. You grant HMCHK Music a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to host, stream, display and back up that content, only to run the service, and to sub-license hosting and technical providers for that purpose, until you delete it. This is not an assignment of copyright and not an exclusive licence. If we receive a valid copyright notice, we may remove the content or stop showing it under the Copyright Policy.
For a single generation or licence transaction, liability is capped at the fees you actually paid for that transaction. This page and the Refund Policy do not take away your rights under Hong Kong law.
The service is only for people aged 18 or over. You must tick to confirm this before registration and before payment. There is no registration path by parent, guardian or school consent.
Follow applicable Hong Kong law. Create kindly. Do not post hate, bully others or abuse the system.
The Chinese and English versions have equal effect. If they differ, the meaning more favourable to you applies.
