退款政策

本退款政策主要說明靈感能量包之退款規則。結帳通道為 KPay 與 Stripe 雙軌。商業授權／版權買賣一律不可退款（見第 6 條）。本政策獨立於服務條款。

1. 產品

• 靈感能量包：虛擬用量（例如 100⚡ HK$78 · 500⚡ HK$298），用於鎔鑄／生成等功能——可適用下文有限退款規則
• 商業授權／版權買賣：就指定音軌授予合約式商業使用權（模式 B），非法定版權轉讓；Stripe 或 KPay 結帳——不可退款

2. 數位交付

付款成功後，能量或授權通常即時或短時間內交付。能量包一經交付並開始使用，除本政策或法律另有規定外，一般不設無條件退款。商業授權一經成交即不可退款。

3. 可退款情況（僅限能量包）

• 能量包：重複扣款或明顯錯誤收費
• 能量包：付款成功但能量未在合理時間入帳，且無法補發
• KPay 能量包自助退款視窗內（見第 4 條）
• 法律強制要求退款的其他情況

商業授權／版權買賣不在上列範圍，一律不設退款（含全額、部分、七日自助退款）。

4. KPay 能量包自助退款

透過 KPay 購買的靈感能量包（訂單號通常以 HMC_KP_ 開頭），登入後可於帳戶頁付款紀錄申請：

• 期限：付款／入帳成功起 7 日內
• 範圍：僅限本人訂單 · 全額退款
• 平台權益：核准後系統會扣回該筆已發放的靈感能量 ⚡；同一訂單不可重複退款
• 現金：原則上原路退回原付款方式；入帳時間視 KPay／銀行而定

閘道異常說明：若 KPay 退款 API 暫時失敗（例如簽名無效），我們仍會鎖定訂單並扣回平台能量，避免重複入帳；現金部分可能需於 KPay 商戶後台補辦或由我們人工處理。請保留訂單號並電郵 info@h-m-c-musicgroup.com。

Stripe 購買的能量包或超過 7 日：請依第 7 條電郵申請。

5. 能量包（一般原則）

能量一經入帳，除第 3、4 條外一般不可退款或兌換現金。已用於鎔鑄／生成等消耗的能量不另行折現。

6. 商業授權／版權買賣 — 不可退款

所有商業授權、授權證書及版權買賣相關交易一律不可退款、不可撤銷、不可兌換現金。付款成功即表示您確認購買模式 B 商業使用權（非 Cap. 528 法定版權轉讓），並接受數位交付之特性。

• 不設七日自助退款、不設部分退款、不設「未使用」退款
• 授權證書已簽發、可下載或已寫入登記冊後，亦不因改變主意而退款
• 若因我方重大技術故障導致授權完全無法交付，我們僅可選擇補發證書／修復交付，而非現金退款（法律強制另有規定者除外）

7. 申請方式（電郵 · 僅能量包等可退範圍）

能量包相關申請：交易日起 14 日內電郵 info@h-m-c-musicgroup.com，提供帳戶電郵、日期、金額、訂單／交易編號（HMC_KP_… 或 Stripe）及說明。商業授權屬即時數位交付，成交後不設退款；若證書未能下載，我們會補發，而非現金退款。

8. 退款路徑與時間

• 現金：核准後退回原支付渠道（Stripe 或 KPay）
• 能量：伺服器帳本扣回 ⚡；狀態可能顯示「已退款」或「已退⚡（現金待 KPay）」
• 入帳時間視銀行／支付服務商而定

9. 更新

更新版本將公布於本頁，重大變更會更新生效日期。

This Refund Policy mainly covers energy packs. Checkout is dual-rail KPay + Stripe. Commercial licences / rights trades are non-refundable (section 6). It is separate from the Terms of Service.

1. Products

• Energy packs: virtual usage (e.g. 100⚡ HK$78 · 500⚡ HK$298) for forge/generation — limited refunds may apply below
• Commercial licences / rights trades: Model B commercial-use rights (not Cap. 528 assignment); Stripe or KPay checkout — non-refundable

2. Digital delivery

After payment, energy or licences are usually delivered immediately or shortly after. Energy packs, once delivered and used, are generally non-refundable except as stated here or required by law. Licence purchases are non-refundable upon successful payment.

3. When refunds may apply (energy packs only)

• Energy packs: duplicate or clear erroneous charges
• Energy packs: payment succeeded but energy not applied within a reasonable time and cannot be restored
• KPay energy self-service window (section 4)
• Other cases required by law

Commercial licences and rights trades are outside the above list and are never refundable (full, partial, or 7-day self-service).

4. KPay energy self-service refunds

For KPay energy packs (order IDs usually start with HMC_KP_), signed-in users may request a refund under Account → Billing history:

• Window: within 7 days of payment/fulfilment
• Scope: own orders only · full amount only
• Entitlements: we claw back energy ⚡ granted for that order; no double refund
• Cash: original payment method when the gateway succeeds; bank/KPay timing varies

Gateway exceptions: If the KPay refund API fails (e.g. invalid signature), we still lock the order and claw platform energy. Cash may need the KPay merchant portal or manual support — keep your order ID and email info@h-m-c-musicgroup.com.

Stripe energy purchases or after 7 days: email under section 7.

5. Energy packs (general)

Once credited, energy is generally non-refundable and non-cashable except under sections 3 and 4. Energy already spent on forge/generation is not cashed out.

6. Commercial licences / rights trades — non-refundable

All commercial licence, certificate and rights-trade purchases are final: non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-cashable. Successful payment confirms purchase of Model B commercial-use rights (not Cap. 528 copyright assignment) and acceptance of digital delivery.

• No 7-day self-service refund, no partial refund, no “unused” refund
• No refund for change of mind after the certificate is issued, downloadable or registry-recorded
• If a major technical failure on our side prevents delivery entirely, we may re-issue or repair delivery only — not a cash refund — unless mandatory law requires otherwise

7. How to request (email · energy only)

For energy-pack matters: email info@h-m-c-musicgroup.com within 14 days with account email, date, amount, order/transaction ID (HMC_KP_… or Stripe) and details. Do not request refunds for commercial licence orders — such requests will be refused.

8. Method & timing

• Cash: original Stripe or KPay rail
• Energy: server clawback of ⚡; UI may show “Refunded” or “Energy refunded (cash pending)”
• Bank/processor timing varies

Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date for material changes.
